Rooms are available from 4 p.m. ; check-out is by 10.30 a.m.
We regret that we are unable to accommodate children or pets.
Deposit: Receipt of a non-refundable 25% deposit will be required to secure a reservation. This can be made by online bank transfer or by cheque and must be received within a week of the booking. We'll confirm your booking once your deposit has been received.
Balance: We'd appreciate payment of the balance before arrival, preferably by direct bank transfer. Payment by cheque or cash is also acceptable. Please note that we are unable to accept payment by card.
Minimum Stay: Please note that we require a minimum two-night stay at all times, with the exception of some 'special events' for which bookings need to be for three nights or more.
Cancellation Policy: Deposit payments are non-refundable, however they may be transferred to a rescheduled visit occurring within 12 months of the original booking.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be returned in full and we accept no further liability. In such instances, we'll make every attempt to identify suitable alternative accommodation for you to consider.
