If you prefer to have the use of the B&B for up to two people, you can take advantage of our exclusive-use booking option, which includes:

• Our Castle View en-suite, super-king/twin room with views of Arundel Castle and the town

• The beautiful guest dining and sitting room

• Selection of teas, coffee, cake and biscuits on arrival between 4-5 p.m.

• Optional use of a second, private bathroom

Exclusive-use means we won't take bookings from any other guests to the B&B during your stay. We will be on hand in our part of the house to greet you on arrival (from 4-10 p.m.) and to serve breakfast in the morning (between 8-9 a.m.)

Booking rates for the above are as follows:

• Standard rate - £150 per night

• Special event rate - £220 per night

These prices are per night and include breakfast for up to two people. A £5 per night reduction applies for single occupancy.

Please note that a minimum two-night stay applies, with a minimum of three-nights for some Special Events - check here for further details. We regret that we are unable to accommodate children or pets.
