Deposit: Receipt of a non-refundable 25% deposit will be required to secure a reservation.  This can be made by online bank transfer or by cheque and must be received within a week of the booking.  We'll confirm your booking once your deposit has been received.

Balance: We'd appreciate payment of the balance upon arrival, preferably in cash.  Please note that we are unable to accept payment by card.

Minimum Stay: Please note that we require a minimum two-night stay at all times, with the exception of some 'special events' for which bookings need to be for three nights or more.

Cancellation Policy: Deposit payments are non-refundable.  

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be returned in full and we accept no further liability. In such instances, we'll make every attempt to identify suitable alternative accommodation for you to consider.
Rooms are available from 4 p.m. ; check-out by 10.30 a.m. Early arrival / late check-out can be arranged for a small additional charge - please enquire.
